The Devedia Auto-Mailer 3.2.2 gives you
full control over your mailing list. You host your own asp
files and database, so there is no loss of security and privacy
associated with many other mailling list programs. A domain
name is NOT required to run this program! You can run the
Auto-Mailer with an IP address and internet access only.
This program can be configured and customized
by changing ONE file, searching through code to make this
program work is a think of the past! We can configure and

The Devedia Auto-Mailer has a full web based
administration section, protected by password access. You
can delete bad emails, add email addresses, edit existing
email addresses, track your success with the tracking reports,

Main Screen

Newsletter Maintenance
Each newsletter sent generates a report title with
detailed information. Use this screen to view report
titles, edit all report information, or remove bad
or outdated reports.

Email Maintenance
Opt-in lists collect detailed information for each
website user. Use this screen to send individual emails,
update contact information or remove people from the
mailing list. There is also a bulk-remove option,
for maintaining larger lists of bounced or bad emails.

Tracking Reports
The Devedia Auto-Mailer keeps track of detailed information.
How many users opened the email? How many clicked
internal links? Did anyone click an email address
or contact link?
Print a detailed report for each newsletter, send
an invoice when using the commercial version.
ADDED FEATURE: Use the Auto-Mailer as a hidden
webpage counter. Find out exactly how many times each
webpage has been viewed. More accurate than web logs,
these reports are to-the-minute and infinately accurate.
